    3. Handling inquiries via the form

    5. Presentation of offers or information
  6. The Service obtains information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
    1. Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are then sent to the Operator's systems.
    2. By saving cookies in end devices (so-called "cookies").

2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

  1. Login and personal data entry locations are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). As a result, personal data and login data entered on the site are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the destination server.
  2. User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hashing function works one-way - it is not possible to reverse its operation, which is currently the modern standard for storing user passwords.
  3. The Operator periodically performs backup copies to protect the data.
  4. An important element of data protection is the regular update of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

  2. The hosting company, in order to ensure technical reliability, maintains logs at the server level. The following may be subject to logging:
    1. resources specified by URL identifiers (addresses of requested resources - pages, files),
    2. time of request arrival,
    3. time of sending the response,
    4. client station name - identification carried out by the HTTP protocol,
    5. information about errors that occurred during HTTP transaction execution,
    6. URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) - in case the Service was accessed through a link,
    7. information about the user's browser,
    8. information about the IP address,
    9. diagnostic information related to the process of self-ordering services via registrars on the website,
    10. information related to the handling of e-mail directed to the Operator and sent by the Operator.

4. Your rights and additional information about how data is used

  1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to such groups of recipients:
    1. hosting company on the basis of entrustment
    2. payment operators
  2. Your personal data processed by the Administrator is not kept longer than is necessary to perform related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g. on accounting). With respect to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Administrator:
    1. access to personal data concerning you,
    2. their rectification,
    3. deletion,
    4. processing restrictions,
    5. and data portability.

You have the right to object to processing indicated in point 3.2 in relation to the processing of personal data for the purpose of exercising legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, however the right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid legally justified grounds for processing, interests, rights and freedoms overriding you, in particular the determination, investigation or defense of claims.
  5. The Administrator's actions may be complained about to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to operate the Service.
  7. Actions may be taken in relation to you which consist in automated decision making, including profiling for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the Administrator to conduct direct marketing.
  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.

5. Information in forms

  1. The Service gathers information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if they are provided.
  2. The Service may save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  3. The Service, in some cases, may save information facilitating the linking of data in the form with the email address of the user filling in the form. In this case, the user's email address appears inside the url of the page containing the form.
  4. The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g., in order to process a service request or business contact, registration of services, etc. Each time the context and description of the form clearly inform what it is used for.

  1. Information about user behavior on the website may be subject to logging. This data is used for website administration.

7. Important marketing techniques

  1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device.   1. The Service uses cookies.
  2. Cookie files (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Service User's end device and are intended for using the Service's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique number.
