Terminal dashboard for ISS passes over my town
OP
Built a small script that takes my coordinates and prints the next visible ISS passes, with a countdown for the next one. Uses an open TLE source + the skyfield library. Saw it fly over last night exactly when the script said 🛰️

Within a few seconds for the pass time. Direction and maximum elevation match what the space agency sites show.
Skyfield is great. Are you refreshing the TLE data regularly? It gets stale after a few days.
Good point, it currently downloads once. I'll cache it and refresh if older than a day.
Would love to see the code if you share it!
The "Ground pass planner" challenge is a nice simplified version of this for anyone who wants to try.
