After switching to datetime.now(), how does the checker verify it?

Stage 3 is checked on structure rather than exact times — the important part is that report_time comes from datetime.now(timezone.utc) and the rest of your code works unchanged. If you built the helpers well in stages 1–2, stage 3 is a one-line change.

The window(launch) helper as a sort key is the neat part. Parse once, use for filtering and sorting.

And for the time left — timedelta's days and seconds, then split the seconds into hours and minutes.
